We only have a very brief opportunity to make changes before the order is processed, so please email us immediately at support@impryl.co.uk
Put Wrong Address in the subject line.
In the email, provide your name and the order number. There is no need for any further information at this stage.
This will be actioned as soon as it is seen by our team, but please note that it is not guaranteed that this will be in time to put the order on hold before it is processed.
If we are able to put the order on hold, we will email you to confirm and ask for the correct delivery details.
If not, we kindly ask that you manage the order via the tracking information as detailed below.
Our Support inbox is managed 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).
You can manage the delivery directly once you receive the tracking link from Royal Mail. This does not provide an option to change the delivery address but you can choose to have the parcel delivered to a neighbour (at the original address) or a Post Office (local to the original delivery address) for you to collect, or to a Royal Mail Delivery Office (main sorting office local to the original delivery address). If you choose this option, please email us at support@impryl.co.uk confirming the order number and that you will not be collecting your parcel. This will be logged on our system as requiring a refund upon return. If the order is not logged the return will not be tracked by us which can affect the refund.

Returns
If there are problems with the product (damage/incorrect etc) please email us at support@impryl.co.uk within 48 hours of receipt of delivery
Where possible, please include photographs and always provide the order number. We will email or call you to discuss refunds or replacements. Please do not send product until we have spoken to you.
If you have changed your mind, please email our team at support@impryl.co.uk to initiate the returns process.
Please note that we will only accept complete, undamaged boxes of product for refund up to 28 days from date of order.
